Meet the Teresina Zoobotanical Park in Piauí
The park is located in the northeast sector of the city’s urban perimeter, between the Poti River, the main tributary of the Parnaíba River, which connects the capital of Piaui to the north of the state. The park is an environmental preservation area managed by the government and is also used as a zoo, housing American and African animal species. It comprises an area of 127 hectares, being the third largest urban park in Brazil and the largest in the Northeast. I’m going ahead, and you, come with me?
