Our tour began with a panoramic walk through the Tijuca Forest, one of the largest urban green lungs in the world. From there, we went straight to one of the greatest symbols in Brazil: Christ the Redeemer! The view from above is simply breathtaking. Then we passed the Maracanã stadium, where we stopped in front of the stadium to admire the grandeur of this temple of football. Then we went to the Metropolitan Cathedral, one of the most impressive sights of downtown Rio. The next stop was on the famous Selarón staircase, with its colorful tiles coming from around the world. A true artistic show! To close the day with a golden key, we boarded the pão de Açúcar cable car. First, we climbed to Morro da Urca and from there we went to the second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf. The thrill of seeing Rio de Janeiro from above was indescribable!
