Simon’s modern take on classic Aussie dishes can be found on the menu of @platform818 restaurant & bar and is influenced by the original Goods Line Tunnel which lies directly below the hotel. Created in 1855, it was the first of its kind to enable the transport of domestic produce – which has of course inspired the restaurant’s modern but authentic cuisine!
